Burn baby burn! We are talking about that fat left over from the birth of your baby not that “baby fat” you think you have from when you were a baby 😉 The fact is for most women their bodies never go back to the same way after having a baby. Yes of course there are the lucky ones that you see and wonder… “there is no way they just had a baby.” For the rest of us there is dieting, working out, and everything in between.

We all know how hard it is to get out to the gym or some workout class. You have to pack up the kids, make sure you have the right stroller in the car and the list goes on and on. Home workouts like Insanity are becoming more and more popular with moms for a handful of reasons. Maybe you just don’t feel like strutting your post baby weight around in the gym, maybe you hate the gym to begin with, and maybe money is tight and you cannot afford a gym membership. The list can go on and on, but we all have a reason or another not to hit the gym or workout at all for that matter.
In the end we all want to have our bodies back the way they were and reality does set in sometimes and we realize it might not happen, but we should not strive to be the healthiest we can be not only for our babies, but for us.
